Please read below so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Processing times

Ready-to-ship items are typically packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of your order being placed. Almost all of our pieces are made-to-order and estimated turnaround is generally 1-3 weeks depending on our current order volume. Custom pieces can take longer, and timeline will be discussed during the design consultation.

Need your order by a specific date? Reach out before purchasing — I'll always do my best to accommodate special timelines.

Shipping & delivery

All orders are shipped from the United States via USPS or UPS (selected by the buyer at checkout), with expedited options and tracking provided for every shipment. Please note, this does not impact the processing time as outline above.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. 

Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once a package is in the hands of the carrier. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside my control — but I'll always help you track down your order.

Lost or damaged packages

Once your order has been handed to the carrier and tracking has been provided, responsibility for the package passes to the shipping provider. I am not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to open a claim. I'm happy to provide any documentation or order information that may help with your claim, but I am unable to issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues.

For extra peace of mind on higher-value orders, I recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout where available.

Returns & exchanges

Ready-to-ship items:

I want you to love your jewelry. If something isn't right, I accept returns on ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email alison@alisonmorse.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Custom & made-to-order items:

Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, all custom and made-to-order sales are final. I cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items unless there is a defect or error on my part.

If your custom piece arrives with a craftsmanship issue, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and I will make it right.

Exchanges

I'm happy to offer exchanges on ready-to-ship items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions.

Sale & discounted items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive defective.
